Make sure you have the most recent version of WorkstationSetupVS. Get it HERE
No matter how many servers you have - you may only have one Check Factory for xxxx folder. This folder contains the common files and data file for the installation. Locate the Check Factory folder on a primary server. Share it so all users have access to it. Users must have full control of this folder.
Each server must be setup to run Check Factory. Place each server in Install Mode, navigate to the Check Factory for XXXX folder on the primary server and run WorkstationSetupVS.exe. This will install the Check Factory VS printer on this server and install other required files like .NET 3.5 SP1 and Visual C++.
Check Factory saves the printer name in a settings file in the session users' AppData/Roaming folder. When users log on to a Terminal Server session, the server provides the session with a list of available printers. The printers on a users local PC will have the session name tacked on to it. These names change from session to session and should not be used with Check Factory.
We recommend that you only print to printers that are installed on the terminal server. These printer names do not change and are save to use. Your network admin should be able to redirect the printers on the server back to specific user PC's. Sorry but we do not provide support on complex Terminal server printer issues.
